Progress Checkin, "Arkansas Traveler"

Got the uke about 2.5 months ago and it's been a month since I last made a recording so I figured I'd throw one together tonight.

This is Ken Middleton's arrangement of "Arkansas Traveler", though about 30bpm slower than he does it I played the melody on my Kala solid mahogany tenor, then added some rhythm backing with a Lanikai O8, and doubled that again with the Kala.

Very beautifully played, Scott. I like what you have done with it. And it is such a nice tune that it doesn't need to go any faster. A lot of people play bluegrass fast to impress the listener rather than entertain them. This is great just the way you have done it.
