sooo, I come on UU and notice that I have an unread private message. I look at it and it's from snakeOiler who performs at the same open mic I play at every week. he proceeded to tell me that a writer for the philadelphia inquierer was interested in the younger groups take on the uke. He gave me her e-mail and phone number. I sent her an email and we set it up so that next tuesday at the open mic, shell be there and will (hopefully) interview me and write an article in the paper with a picture of me in it...

PS- 2 weeks ago, at the open mic I won this thing where you get an hour of free recording at milkboy studios, so I got another original done whilst on vacation and now have 4 origionals to make a half cd out of when I use my hour of recording. Im gonna make copies of the cds and sell em for like 2 bucks at gigs, and maybe elswhere. but yeah a lot going on for me. and Im having a great time
