I have a Lanikai LU-21 CE BK.

I bought it used and when the guy gave it to me, there were little tiny scratches but they weren't deep.

looked online to see what I can do to clean it and remove the light scratches but since my uke is Black and has a glossy finish to it, I wasn't able to find anything that can clean it.

I saw online that some people buff it out or just use guitar cleaner. But I'm not really sure what to use because my uke has a bit of a different finish than others.

That's why I hate black instruments. They show everything. I have found nothing to get rid of them, and in fact, you will eventually get more, even just carrying it around in it's case. I have a $40 black mandolin and it was scratch-free, until the first time I put it in the gig bag and took it to my lesson. Eventually, all the scratching will even out and won't be as annoying to look at.

P.S. That's one reason I like non painted instruments, even if you do get those small scratches in the finish, you don't notice.

Try some of the Meguiars Plastx polish. It works great, even on black finishes.
