hi everyone,

this is an ol' Carter Family standard.

myself and a couple of UU mates are working on this one together, so hopefully there's another chapter to this bash at it...

for the moment, this is a simple 1st position chord solo arrangement I've worked out for the song in key of 'F'. any comments appreciated.

hope you enjoy it. I recorded it on the porch this afternoon and used a Kamaka concert uke. Cheers and blessings all. :)

I had to listen twice because I didn't notice the backup singers the first time. It is early for me, need more coffee.

Excellent stuff Jon...played along a few times on the accordion and we sound great on separate halves of the world together ;)
 
thankyou everybody for your lovely comments. Mickey, it's warming up slowly but surely. Temperatures around 15-17 celsius during the days. Still frost on the windscreen when I get up for the early shift though!
