Hm..It sounds simple enough so....i'll just give you advice on how to learn it on your own x) This'll be good practice so that you don't have to ask someone else every time

Sooo just watch his hand (with your uke in your hands), and approximate where his finger is, at the same time listen to what the note is. Then take your guess and play it on your uke. If it's the wrong note, try again. He repeats most of the notes, so it shouldn't be too hard. Same with the slides he does. Just guess what fret he's sliding to.
