Carolan's Receipt/Dr. John Stafford by the great Irish harp composer Turlough O' Carolan (1670-1738):

This arrangement was done by the talented British guitarist Helen Marshall (Dracapalley on youtube).

Hope you enjoy.

I found this on the youtube link under more info.

I'm playing a KoaWorks custom tenor and recording directly into a Blue Baby Bottle condenser mic. Pretty cool looking, isn't it......

Fantastic :) How did you get it in GCEA format?

Sorry, I don't have tabs but to tune is pretty straightforward. It is in the key of C and the dominant chord are C, G, F, Am, and Em. You can really begin to pick out the melody by ear and what makes it easier is that the song is built around ascending and descending scaler runs.

Another amazing video. Helen's version is great as well, played on a Guitalele and highly recommended
