I came across a scan of George Formby Complete. It's 17.5 MB and that song's on p. 61-64 of the PDF.

I don't really know how "complete" it is, as the PDF starts at p. 54 after the cover and I didn't see "Cleaning Windows" or "Leaning on a Lamp Post" though I might have missed them scrolling, as the doc is 111 pages.
