Repairing Ko'olau Hardshell Case Adhesive

I just got my new Ko'olau hardshell case in the mail; but the adhesive on part of the side molding gave way.

I don't wanna sent it back in the mail just for that little thing. Any idea what glues/adhesives would work on this? Rubber cement?

I did a repair similar to that on one of my cases. I just used superglue and it worked fine.

Followup: Super glue works perfectly on leather. My repaired side looks better than the other side!
