Found this Youtube video of a factory tour of Aquila. Pretty interesting to see.

I always pictured a big factory spinning out millions of yards of string onto monster sized spools like you see in the factories that make fishing lines etc.
 
I am a devotee of their classical guitar strings. Thanks for the link.
 
This was very cool! It's so refreshing to see things still made by hand by people who trust themselves rather than pre-programmed robotics.
 
Thank you so much for sharing that with all of us. I too had a mental image of a big factory. Showing the historical machines was really neat, and nice to see that sometimes the old ways are best.

Very cool. It is awesome to see how much they care about their product.
