how about this for a mini uke? The ruler in the pic is a standard 6" machinist rule. This is a total of about 6" in length...

Cute huh? ;)

It looks like one of the "Replica instruments" that are sold at the local theater. Cute, well made, but with a fret width of approx 1/8" at the first fret, unplayable by anyone larger than 2'9" tall, unless tuned to an open chord... and then still really iffy.

But the cases are not bad!

It is just a dispaly miniture. It doesn't play at all. I just saw it on ebay postage paid for $10, and thought it was cute. Besides, I am trying to engineer a way to make an Aphid sized playable banjole at present, and even tho this one isn't playable, thought it might offer some "Hmmm..." factor. It don't really, but is cool to set on the fireplace mantle.. ;)

That is really cute! I saw a group of 3 miniature ukes for sale on Ebay a while back - a steal at about $60! They were gorgeous!

I got this one for $10 postage paid. Couldn't pass up the "cute" factor for ten bucks..
