Song Help Request Radical Something "Escape"

These guys are really awesome and I'd like to learn a couple of their songs to cover. I looked up the chords to "Escape" and the 1st two are D and A. The 3rd one says it's a C# but that doesn't sound quite right. Any suggestions??
