This may be old hat to some of you, but as a recent convert to the uke, I'm constantly discovering 'new' things......

Here's my favorite original - so far....



And this R. Kelly cover is just about as cool as a cucumber..... I'd never heard the original, but after this cover there's no reason to.....

She has a really neat folky style. She reminds me a lot of Kimya Dawson.

Yeah, I really like the simplicity of the chord changes and the interesting arrangements...... some really phenomenal lyrics on her originals as well. Like the sideways, laid-back harmonies with the vocals..... just really great original tunes.....
