Feed it a chord name and get a list of fingerings: http://classicalcode.com/ukulele/

I know there are 101 websites that will tell you how to play a chord on the ukulele. The challenge that interested me was two-fold:

1. Parsing the chord from a written name rather then using tedious drop-down menus.

2. Deriving the fingering programmatically rather then relying on a pre-defined chart.

This has mostly just been a programming hobby project for me, but I thought I would share, and see if anyone was interested in such a tool. If this were going to actually be used by people, I would want to have a slicker looking design.

Seriously, that's what I've been looking for.

Usually, I refer this website: http://chordlist.brian-amberg.de/en/ukulele/standard/Fm/ for all chord fingerings. But I think it's a bit too slow to go through the major key and look for particular chords.

I also like your simple and clean design too! It goes to the chord directly.

Thank you for creating it sharing with us.

You might also consider developing a iPhone/Android app for that. That would definitely be wonderful.

One thing though, I tried creating a fancy chord name like 'hello world'. The web just blew up :D

Best thing since sliced bread- I want things this quickly, and I thank you for your efforts here!

@captbaritone thanks for sharing this tool, always useful to have a chord finder tool.

I like this. I second the idea of making this a smart phone app. That would be very handy !

Thanks for this its nice and easy to use.
