Hello,

I am trying to view the lessons on my macbook but it takes forever because the swirl is spinning every minute or two. Does anyone have any suggestions.

what lesson is it? If you meant the UUU lessons, I have no problem on Macbook pro and air...
the spinning ball problem should be something about your network connection, if you can load the lesson player up at first time, it shouldn't be an issue of your computer.

The Blip Tv videos are easy to download but the lessons are impossible.

Got a link to what you're trying to open, and some basic specs on your macbook?

Take it down to the Mac store, it might be something with the internet configuration :)

Try running this test to a server that's near you and report back the results: http://speakeasy.net/speedtest/

I agree with others, it sound like a likely network problem, but we don't have enough information yet to guess.

I'm a member of the Apple Consultants Network, so you can trust me. :D

Here are my test results:

Data: 600 KB
Test Time: 1.34 secs

Your line speed is 3.63 Mbps (3633 kbps).
Your download speed is 454 KB/s (0.44 MB/s).

That download speed is ...old school. :) It could be related to your problems. What kind of internet connection do you have, is it cable? What speed are you paying for?
