I just heard that Jake Shimabukuro (sp?)will be featured on the From the Top show on NPR today at 5PM (Central, Eastern?) They will discuss the ukulele and classical music.

Jake Shimabukuro appeared on a From The Top program recorded in April 2011 in Monterey CA, although it may not be the same program mentioned by the OP. Thanks to KamakOzzie for providing the links to that program.
 
I saw Roberto Granados about two months after he played with Jake in Monterey. He came down to Ukulele Source's Kani ka pila and absolutely nailed "Guitar Gently Weeps" and did pretty well on "Bohemian Rhapsody" as well. He'd been playing uke a little over a month because he got inspired to try it out after playing with Jake. The kid was phenomenal!!!
