Does anyone know if using Peghead geared tuners (#743) could cause any problems on a tenor? I have a set already and I am having a Tenor Redwood and Myrtle built and would love to put these on. Anyone know if there are any problems with this before I mail them out?

Thanks.

Wonderful news. I really want to use them since I bought them about 6 months ago and they just sit there looking at me.

Thanks Dirk.

They are wonderful tuners once you understand the tension adjustment.

Savagehenryuke just had them installed on his new custom 6 string Sailor Tenor and loves them. I tried them and they are sweet. Trying to decide if I'm too cheap to get some on a future uke.

I've got Pegheds on my Tenor Fluke. Love 'em!

I would not hesitate to have peghed tuners installed on any customized or custom-built ukulele I could afford.
