Grover geared tuner slipping

Is there anything more I can do to stop the G-string geared Grover tuner from slipping on my Kanile'a concert? I have it strung with a concert Worth Clear low-G, so the string tension should not be an issue. I've tightened the screw as much as it can be, but it still slips.

Any suggestions before I contact Kanile'a and ask for a replacement tuner?

Not much you can do with sealed tuners...it is shot..replacement is necessary...good Luck...did you buy the uke new and when, just thinking it may be under warranty yet..yes contact them

It is an open geared tuner, not sealed. Does that make a difference?
