My student signed up for the Forums. For some reason, his account is not allowing him to post to the threads, or to create threads. Does anyone know why? He has completed the activation process, and confirmed his account via email. Please help out, as he is excited to get going on here! Thanks!

When he's in the forum, does it show his handle on the top right ie "Welcome, Mendel" ?
