Searched the forums & don't find much about the ukulele "scene" in Hartford, so, asking here...

I'll be working in downtown Hartford for the next couple of months starting Oct. 31st, so am looking for uke players to jam with during my first foray into CT. I've happily been part of the SE Ukers located in the Atlanta area for the last year as my work had me there for an extended gig, but that gig alas is coming to a close, so... what's happening in this general area?

Looking forward to meeting new friends united by our ukes...

Thanks! I appreciate the links... since I know NOTHING about CT, having never been, good to have at least some idea of what might be happening "in the area".

And in Hartford, you're a little over an hour from Sheffield, MA - home of Magic Fluke, Inc - the makers of Fluke and Flea Ukuleles. it is worth the trip.

(And Sheffield is pretty close to the Guthrie Center, better known in Song and Story as "Alice's Restaurant".
