I want to buy da Ukulele for Dummies kine, try mo betta for at work, since stay work 12hrs a day li dat, any opinions on da book itself?

It's a good book. Has lots of good information, along with songs and tablature. Make sure to get the one with audio CD included.

I agree. Excellent book with lots of useful material.

If you want the Audio CD, get the paper version. It's also available as an e-book but no Audio CD. Also, much as I like my Kindle, it's not that good with reference books as it is a bit of a faff to shuffle about finding stuff.

iPad "enhanced" version comes with the audio component.

I think it is probably the new "Beginners Bible" for uke. I have one and think it's great
