1921. Herbert "Happy" Lawson.

short and sweet... thought I'd put my 1930's Regal soprano through her paces with an up tempo strummer, and was she up to the challenge! Hope you enjoy the song and the sentiment folks! Just a by the way...gee those old ukes with the fret wire stuck straight into the neck are sure fun to play...so fast and smooth

I poached this one straight of drbekken's awesome record, 'JazzBluesRagtimeVaudeville' which can be bought here:

Blessings all, eugene. :)

Smokin, Jon..... just smokin! One of my favorites from Doc's new record, as well..... you knocked it down and dragged it out......

Thanks everyone! It's not a patch on doc's version but I'm so impatient I just worked out the chords and strummed the daylights out of it...could perhaps do with a bit more light and shade and a more practiced vocal, but maybe another time...

you guys are awesome and so encouraging, blessings. :)

You both did a great job on that tune.
