Song Help Request Heartbeat/It's a Lovebeat - DeFranco Family

These chords are driving me crazy and I can't find them anywhere. It seems like a pretty easy song, but I can only figure out the third chord in the chorus (E), and the intro chord sounds like a D, but it might switch between that and something else

Any ideas? I know a lot of people probably don't know this song, but it seems like a fun one to play/sing to

Gah, totally dating yourself, ha! Yes, 6th grade was a looong time ago. Simple three chord song I would guess. Probably in the key of E originally for guitar. It would be more simple to play on uke and sing for more mature voices in the key of G.

0211 Bb/F (same as Gm7/F)
0201 Gm/E (same as Gm6/E and Em7(b5) )

Note that you're just shifting the second string down a fret each time.
