Eh, I'll try to make it, but I usually can't make these because when it's midday in Hawaii it's 11PM here. It's a pain, really. But I'll see, I promise.

Alright, so according to the poll it looks like Saturday the 25th is the best for the most folks. We're thinking of having it at 3PM PST. This way it's not too late for the Euros and not too early for those in Japan/Australia.

Here's a map of the time zones to see when the stream will be broadcast in your area:

Rayan just informed me that the time listed above for Hawaii is incorrect. It should be 12 noon. If anyone finds any other inconsistencies, let me know.

Man, I thought web sites were always right, lol.

6:00 PM EST on the 25th works for me. I'm a newbie to Mogulus so if anyone has any tips for debugging my connection in advance, let me know.
Thanks.

Looks like I won't be able to participate this time. I have a gig that night and need to leave the house about that time (Saturday) and don't need a costume for where I'm headed. Maybe next time. I was looking forward to playing the new uke at the open mic :(.

The Gretsch Company

Based in Savannah, Georgia, the Gretsch Company has earned its reputation as an industry leader through 125 years of enduring commitment to manufacturing professional-quality, handcrafted instruments. The company began in 1883 when Friedrich Gretsch, a German immigrant, started making banjos, tambourines and other instruments in a Brooklyn, N.Y. factory. Their popularity grew steadily, then exploded with the arrival of rock-n-roll in the 1950s and 1960s as Gretsch attracted famous artists like George Harrison, Bo Diddley, and Charlie Watts.

Gretsch has been a family business for all but 18 years of its history, starting when third-generation owner Fred Gretsch, Jr. sold The Gretsch Company to Baldwin Music Company in 1967. As a testament to his passion for the family business, the company's current president, Fred W. Gretsch, vowed to one day regain control. In 1985, he made good on his promise and bought The Gretsch Company back from Baldwin. He moved operations to Savannah, where the revitalized company began to offer new, vintage-styled Gretsch guitars and classic Gretsch drums. With the new products success, The Gretsch Company once again established itself as a preeminent manufacturer in the musical instrument industry.

And... I'm a moron.

I forgot about a previous engagement I had on this very day. I can't do it. I tried to make it work, to fit it in, but there's no way.

Too many people have to drop out of the show now, so I think it's best if we postpone it.

Sorry guys. Until further notice, the Halloween open mic is postponed. Stay tuned to this thread for updates.

If you couldn't do this one because of scheduling conflicts, please let us know when a better date for you.
