UU Shop help

Heya for a few days now been trying to order a mainland uke from the uu shop but everytime I attempt to check out it will not let me use any card details. I have used my debit card, credit card, wife's cards, friends cards, mother's etc. and not a single one goes through. Was wondering if anyone had any help/suggestions? Thanks in advance.
