The Song About the Colors

Here's another one I just uploaded. I had fun with it. Initially I was going to play it on the guitar but the simple C, G pluck sounded good on my uke so I went with it.

Juan- this is excellent. A wonderfully written tune and a truly entertaining video.

My kids and I have watched it 5 or 6 times. My eight year old daughter is learning the uke and the only two chords she can comfortably change between are C and G.... I've been having a hard time finding two chord songs to keep her interested - she's getting tired of 'Row Row Row Your Boat' and 'The Hokey Pokey'. You just changed her little uking life..... she likes this song so much, I think she'll have it down in no time...... Thanks for sharing - wonderful stuff!

There are only two chords (G and C) and two variations. As I fingerpick, I'm ignoring the 4th string altogether. So, for example, I begin with G, picking the 3rd string once with my thumb, and then the 1st and 2nd string twice (at the same time) with my middle/index fingers. And I do the same thing when I switch to C. When the song changes tempo I'm doing the same thing except picking each only once.
