Great video!! I threw a set of Southcoast G650 strings on mine and it sounds like it doubled the volume. I still haven't finished mine, because I'm still trying to decide what I want but at this point I'm leaning towards pore filling and then an oil finish. I have some homework to do
For anyone thinking about taking a class or just wanting to learn more about ukulele, I strongly recommend the Rick Turner class. I might take it again when Rick makes the concert size available.

Great review Doug. Rick's pineapple design is just so well thought out and works a treat to teach people how an instrument goes together, and sounds so bloody good too.

Just curious Rick, what's the thinking behind the 12th fret connection on the tenor?

I could tell when you tapped the top that it would sound killer and it does. Love the headstock, it's different.
