Tried the 6 string Mahalo?

Should I buy one of these?

  • No, it is total junk, fit only for firewood

  • Sure, at the price what do you have to lose?

  • Yes! I have one or have played one and it's surprisingly non-sucky!

Mahalo's are not too good....but if you are willing to change out some stuff, then why not.

That's a different sort of six-string. The Mahalo is a guitalele; the Oscar Schmidt has two doubled strings. I have the Yamaha guitalele, which sells for around $100, and it's pretty good.

Ooops!!! You are correct, my mistake!!!
Thanks

Saw these, I wondered it they were a mini guitar, not really intended to be a guitalele, but what the hey! Sounds better than I thought they would.
