Maybe this goes under the luthier spot, but I'm no luthier. I thought you might like to see the cigar box uke "I built" with a Mainland neck. Then I had to have a case so I used bags from a coffee shop and put in a quilted lining. It say's "Bold Choice" on both sides of the bag. My wife helped me a bit- but less than you may think.

Nice one! I like the homemade gig bag too, it kind of looks like a whiskey jug.

Excellent! I really like your headstock logo, too! How did you apply it?

The logo is just drawn on the bare wood with a black sharpie marker before I gave it a clear coat of matte finish. I thought the design did a good job of U.B. and ukulele. Thanks for the comments- Maybe I'll bring it to UWC 2012.
