Hy-Lo Baritone Uke

Visiting my parents for Christmas and dad gave me his old baritone uke. It is a Hy-Lo and it is made in Japan. That is all I know about it. Every time I try to Google it, it keeps giving me info about Hilo ukes. It is about 40-50 years old. Anybody know anything about these?
