As far as I know, it's an original piece by Ukelele Mike.

I thought he said it was his interpretation of a Chopin piece so it should be at least similar to an original recording. Just thought I would listen to an original to help me understand the tab I got from him. On measure 32/33 it looks like he just plays one or 2 strings at a time instead of the triplet he plays throughout his recording. Maybe it does not matter and I'll just play it my own way like I do with a lot of songs. It's such a pretty number.:)
 
I noticed that too. I frequently find myself altering the right hand fingering. As long as the left hand is on the right frets, just about anything you do with piece sounds good.
