What an incredible player! He is just crazy good.
I had never heard of him until yesterday and went to his website and ordered a CD and an instructional DVD. I am overwhelmed at his ability to get so much out of an instrument. I'm going to You Tube to check out more of his videos.

For the lucky people who go to Maui, you can watch and talk with Derick at the Hula Grill resturant in Ka'anappli. He performs there 2 times a week (I think) and it's for FREE!!!!!!! Derick loves to talk story during his breaks and he is a beautiful person full of aloha!!!
