getting a great deal on some effects processors

its basically a choice between the digitech rpx400 and the BOSS me50. both pretty comparable units both in function and price.

so for the ones that have used either or both of these, which do you prefer?

rpx400 easier to use, BOSS more functions. Personal opinion take it like that.

so i get more features with the boss, but the digitech is easier eh? sound quality... probably go either way then?

They are both low level pieces and more then likely use the same sound processor. Personally the one you will use more because its flip a switch and go will get more use, then some esoteric tube based monster with a manual as thick as a phonebook.

Both of those have a lot more function than the last one I had, Arvin. It was a Korg (Toneworks). It lacked an expression pedal, but an infinate number of effects combinations. I gave it away, a few months ago. Are you allowed to test them out, where you are purchasing them? Ric
