So I saw that the baritone uke can be capo'd on the 5th fret to make it sound like a standard tuned uke? Would I be using GCEA fingerings to play in this fashion, or would I play it with the same fingerings for a DGBE tuned baritone? The baritone intrigues me. It would be cool to have the capability to play songs I already know in a higher register (I've been playing concert so far). Any help?

Baritone DGBE + 5th fret capo = GCEA low G tuning. Play it like you would a low G tenor or other.
In my experience the capo tweaks the tuning a little, even if you put it on just so, and you have to readjust with a few tugs on the strings. What's nice is playing the same GCEA fingering, but moving the capo one or two frets (down in my case) to a register that fits your voice better. Interesting experiment.
