Anyone know how much this model would sell for. It was given to me as a present 5 yrs ago. Superior condition. I think my wife paid about $2,500.00. Not real sure

Is it one of the new production 5Ks? Or a vintage one? That would make a HUGE difference.

It's a new production model , not vintage.

The difference between the new 5Ks and the vintage ones goes something like this:
New (but used):http://elderly.com/vintage/names/martin-5-k-%282007%29--180U-1663.htm
Vintage:http://www.denverfolklore.com/instrument_photos/Martin_5K_Ukulele_photos.htm (this one SOLD for $18,000. I'll repeat that. It SOLD. For $18,000. Someone gave them $18,000 for it. That's probably a little higher than the average for a 5K. Elderly had a couple that had been refinished that were slightly under $10,000, and another that I think went for $12,000.)

There is a 5 year old new production 5k on elderly's website for $3150. Sounds pretty comparable!
