Missed Jake Shimabukuro Show tonight. Uggh!

As I was leaving work tonight I just caught them announcing on my local NPR station that Jake Shimabukuro was going to be in concert at Wingate University tonight which was a 20 minute drive from work. I couldn't believe it. If it hadn't been my birthday and already had plans for dinner with the family I would've gone. Darn.

My wife is making me choose between seeing Jake in Chicago in March or Ukulele World Congress in June. I'm not missing UWC. I'm sure I'll catch Jake at some point.
