Uke/Guitar duet ideas?

Breakdown sounds great with uke and guitar, pretty easy.

It probably doesn't qualify as easy (although it is fun), but you and your dad might want to try Gypsy Ukulele at some point. (here are the uke tabs from Dominator) Based on the video you have on Youtube I think you should be able to learn it.

Here's a father/son duo playing Gypsy Ukulele:

Try Penguin Cafe Orchestra's "Paul's Dance"

Here's one with Uke and Guitar

John King's books has several duets of various types for guitar and ukulele.
The Classical Ukulele
Famous Solos and Duets for the Ukulele
Make sure to get the ones with the audio CD included.

You could always just have a blues jam between you and your father. It will be just like Char and Jake Shimabukuro taking their own spin into the blues progression.

Another good thing about blues jamming is that it provides freedom so you can do a lot of things. If you stick to a certain song, it won't be as free so you'll have to play the same thing over and over.
