My husband and I were trading that meme back and forth the other day but didn't save them. He did a uke one that was almost exact but for the Pokemon, and I did one for pipe smokers. The problem with mine was that it was very close to one already out there. Stan, any photo editor app can do it. My husband was using Photoshop and I was using a Mac app called Pixelator. Anything that allows you to layer and add text.
