Reading chord / tab question

I debated putting this in the "help with this song" forum, but I think it's too much of a newbie question to go in there.

When I am looking at chords for a song, sometimes I will see something like A/Ab . I know what an A cord is and I know what an Ab cord is. How do I play it when it shows A/Ab?
