This uke seems to have never been played before I bought it. A woman contacted me after seeing one of my videos and told me it was her dad's. Still in the box - and looks like the original plastic bag too! The "Styron" sticker is still on the body!
Most of the Islanders have a purple-black swirl pattern on the back, but they produced several in other colors as well. These are becoming very collectible. Mine has a red-yellow swirl on it. Beautiful!
