Ummm.... help?

I'm not new to computers or forums and i havent been on the bottle already so i wince a little as i write this, but how the hell do i change my profile image?

I've had a good look round the "edit my profile" page and all i can find is how to change the look of my page. When i click on the image box it just re loads the page?

Sorry for the dumb noob question!
