Joyce Flaugher - whereabouts or contact information?

I'm trying to make contact with Joyce Flaugher in regards to uke lessons. She is or was very instrumental in the San Antonio and Texas uke scene but her Google trail seems to have gone cold, as well as her uke websites. Anyone have any information on her whereabouts or how I can contact her?
