Spiral Piezo Under Saddle Pickup W/UK-2000 Preamp | Has anyone tried it?

Now another thing, I'm looking to get these ebony saddle & nut for ukulele as well. They are $4.00 together. What do you think?

I have found a ebay store in Canada, (Where I live) Which removes the possibility of customs fees. BUT, here's the bad news: It cost $10.00 more (CAD) and shipping is $10.00. SO, instead of originally spending $20.00, I will be spending $40.00. Just to remove the risk of customs fees? Really how much would I be charged if I got tagged with customs? Is it really worth it? Who knows I might be able to drive to the seller. Who knows...

Should I install the pickup/preamp myself or get an expert to do it?
Who knows how to change a nut on a ukulele?
