I had this Angelica uke given to me as a gift and it's just been lying around my house somewhat as if it were a toy. I didn't try to research the brand until today because I didn't really think it was that nice of an uke. I googled the name and all I could find was that it was a company from the 60's. The strings that came with it were horrible so I just took them off. Just bought some Aquila nylguts that should be coming in a few days. I hope by restringing it, I can see how legit of a ukulele this may be. Any insight?

Eight years waiting for a reply? If I'm still following U.U. in 2028, I'll be interested to read Gabeezy's response.

I gather from this, that the Angelica ukulele is a very rare item. A quick look at google was no help.

Not only that, 2050 models are extremely rare these days.

(sorry, I couldn't resist)
