Daniel Ho Workshop

I had the pleasure of going to a workshop this evening lead by Daniel Ho and Jason Arimoto. If you have the chance to go, I definitely recommend it. Daniel is such a humble man with loads of talent and willing to share his knowledge. Jason is a PhD in Molecular Biology and is the creator of PhD strings. Both of them were great. I learned a lot about technique and music theory and it was very entertaining. Great way to spend a Saturday evening.

I was at Ukulele Source for the meet and greet, but I couldn't attend the workshops because of a prior commitment to family. I'm a fan of Jason's music, so it was nice to able to meet him. Wish I could have attended the workshops. I really like the PhD strings also.

I wasn't able to get to San Jose, but I'm always hopeful that great musicians like Daniel Ho and Jason Arimoto will someday come out here to the San Jose suburb of San Francisco.
