Methylene Chloride

I'm replenishing my stock of plastic seamless B & W Rosettes and bindings for a batch of sopranos this week...I make them out of Styrene co's its easy to get in thin sheet form down to .25mm, and it looks a lot like the original ivoroid/celuloid that was used in the old days...And I use the "Methylene Chloride" to weld it all together.

I just love seeing your solutions to things Ken. Looks like you'll have rosettes to keep you busy for a few months now.

You've read the MSDS for that stuff... http://www.phy.duke.edu/research/photon/qelectron/dichloromethane_msds.pdf

In another life I worked 10 years as a bench and research chemist. That's nasty stuff even with proper ventilation, which I'm sure you don't have. A real liver killer.
