I'm putting six songs up on SoundCloud:

They're just some short jazz standards that I recorded several years ago.

Enjoy!

Or not. No pressure... :D

Nice playing, JJ! Sitting at my laptop, sipping on a glass of red wine, picturing myself in a bar/lounge with you playing. Especially liked Black Orpheus. :)

Thanks for the kind comments, everyone.

And bonus points to Steedy for knowing the real name of "Black Orpheus". :-) (I've also had people request it as "A Day in the Life of a Fool")

Lovely playing--and I've played for fifty years. I also love Gershwin (my first music memory is me 2 years old absolutely "rocking out" to Rhapsody in Blue.) I especially enjoyed the Black Orpheus. One of my favorite films....thanks for sharing this.
