My spouse quite enjoys watching Corrie, and I have, much to my own chagrin, come to have a vague idea of who the characters are and what's going on.
As she was watching the other day, she saw something about Mrs Cropper and Norris having a banjolele contest (folks in the UK, this episode is back from around Xmas-time. Here in Canada, we get Coronation St about four months after the fact...or so i'm told). She, of course, told me immediately and wanted to know if you guys on the boards noticed this.
Anybody else see this or know if the uke-banjo is an on-going Corrie thing?
