South California set up guy

I live in California near island bazaar and I have a s-1 Martin and would it be good to get it "set up" I play guitar and always when I get a new one I have a guy that sets them up and I'm wondering if you do the same thing with ukulele

Yes, a properly "set up" Uke will sound and play very well.

If you don't want to do the work yourself, there is a very good repair shop, "13th Street Guitars" just south of Island Bazaar on Warner. They do excellent work on ukuleles.

I also want to have electronics put in do you know if they do that to.
