Ive read around a few places and some people say they string there uke to low g is there like a special way to string it or just do it the same and just lower it way down???

Thanks

It's a heavier gauge string. The nut slot may need to be widened. It's also referred to as linear tuning.

I've decided to go low G, just to play Super Mario Brothers.
A quick question, if I widen my nut, does that mean I can't go back to high G without replacing it?

That is correct. You will need to fill in the groove a bit so the thinner string doesn't buzz.

No disrespect to OP, but this question comes up more than any other I have ever seen on UU. Weekly, at least. Mods, need a stickie?
