I am thinking about installing a Fishman Matrix Infinity ukulele pickup

into a Kala Thinline Travel Tenor

Would love some input from some of you guys that have installed the matrix infinity. I know it would be a tight squeeze given the thin profile, but I am still willing to give it a shot.

I installed a Fishman Matrix Prefix Plus T in a Taylor GS mini guitar that I have and love the sound of it.

I also have a Lanikai CK-TEQ that has the shadow pickup installed. While I think the shadow system sounds pretty good, I am wondering how much better the Fishman will sound.

Before you install the Fishman I would suggest that you check out the Mi-Si as installation is a lot less invasive with no battery required. http://www.ukuleleunderground.com/forum/showthread.php?17027-Mi-Si-Acoustic-Trio-Pick-up-quick-review
One thing to take account of is whether you have sufficient saddle slot depth to accommodate the piezo element plus the saddle without having to rout the slot. I have worked on a number of ukes where you simply cannot increase the saddle slot depth by routing because the bridge itself is so thin.
